Original Code j.d.o.o. collects your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the harmonized Protection Rules and Privacy Policy applicable to Original Code j.d.o.o., and in case when you give your consent to their use when you send us an email, request access to our newsletter, ask a question via our contact form, or ask to attend any of our programs or training provided through the portal. The website use data are collected using cookies.

How will we use your data?

We collect information on you to notify you by email on products and services which we believe you may find interesting. We also collect statistical data on visits from all website visitors to optimize our website. Your personal data will not be processed in any way which is not described in this Privacy Policy. We will process your personal data in an appropriate and relevant manner, and restrict the processing to what is required considering the purpose for which the data are used. We will not process data which we know are incorrect or outdated, in which case we will update your personal data. Your personal data will be processed only for said purpose and will not be sold to or exchanged with any third parties.

Original Code j.d.o.o. temporarily stores your data into carefully selected databases which enable quality communication through our newsletter, or allow us to arrange online education, monitor accompanying payments, or provide answers to your questions. All systems we use are verified automated marketing, education or billing platforms, and comply with legal regulations.
